Data Deletion
Last updated: 12 June 2026
This page explains how to delete the data associated with the Offcue mobile app (published by Borys Kusmirek), available on the App Store and Google Play.
1. Content on your device
Your scripts and video recordings are stored only on your device — they are never uploaded to us. You can delete any script or recording inside the app at any time, and uninstalling Offcue permanently removes all of them along with your settings.
2. Data we hold remotely
Offcue keeps a small amount of remote data tied to a random, anonymous identifier (it is not linked to your name, email, or any account):
- Anonymous user identifier (Firebase Authentication)
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics)
- Anonymous usage analytics events (Firebase Analytics)
- Subscription purchase records (RevenueCat / App Store / Google Play)
3. How to request deletion
Email unia323@gmail.com with the subject line “Offcue data deletion request.” If you still have the app installed, mention the approximate date you first installed it and your device model — this helps us locate the anonymous identifier. We will delete the data listed above within 30 days and confirm by reply.
4. What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted: the anonymous identifier and the crash, diagnostics, analytics, and subscription records associated with it.
Kept: records we are legally required to retain (e.g., billing records held by Apple or Google for tax and accounting purposes) and aggregated statistics that cannot be tied to any identifier. Apple and Google may also retain your purchase history under their own policies, which we do not control.
5. Questions
For anything else about your data, see the Privacy Policy or write to unia323@gmail.com.
